[00:00:00] Welcome to the school of the Holy Spirit. We shine the light of Jesus over you. We sprinkle his blood on you and wash you with the water of his word. Lord, forgive us of our sins as we forgive those who have trespassed against us. Holy Spirit, send forth your flames of fire, ministering spirits, your angels, to minister to all the listeners. May the eyes of your understanding be enlightened so that you may know the limitless love of the Father in Christ Jesus. For you, I think it was a couple of weeks ago. I was talking about how we've kind of got a little bit out of hand in terms of some of the.
[00:00:49] The elders and leaders, you know, teaching and. And sometimes it's like they. It seems like they're into every single, you know, things that are in the media now. I get it. You know, sometimes we have to share a little bit of our thoughts and our takes and things like that as leaders. But for the most part, I believe that we need to really be focused on building the church up. I think that's very important right now. And I believe that's one of the reasons why, you know, in the church right now, we are focused on building up the church. Because remember, in the end, when we see in the book of Revelation, you'll hear and you will see, it says that the church made herself ready. It didn't say nothing about God made her ready. Even though we know that the Lord is the one that's behind it, Holy Spirit is the one that's behind it. It's when the Holy Spirit and the church come in congruence or comes into a place where you can't tell the difference between who's speaking. It is either the bride or. Or is either the Holy Spirit. And so Holy Spirit is here to help us as the helper, to cause us to grow into that place of maturity and synchronicity with the heavens. And Jesus is like Isaac, you know, when you look at the scripture, you will notice that at the Adeka. Adeka is what you call when Isaac was placed in the place of sacrifice. And then after that, the test was passed. You get to see how he disappeared from the scene in the scripture. Not saying that he disappeared in terms of life, he just disappeared from the scene deliberately by the Holy Spirit, the way he orchestrated. You don't see him again until after his mother had died. And the unnamed servant, which is the same as the faceless man, the faceless individual who is the Holy Spirit. Meaning if you do really do your research, you'll find out it's probably Eliezer, who was the business partner of Abraham, but he was sent to go and get a spouse for Isaac back in the land, in the land of his brothers and sisters, where Laban was. And so Rebecca is there at the well. And that is the picture of the church. That is the picture of the church. And so you get to see that, you know, the Holy Spirit is the helper. He comes in with the camels. He comes in with the gifts. He comes in with the rings. He comes in, and you get to see that they meet at the well. You know, they meet the living water. And every time you see anybody, actually in the scripture, you see Moses, he meets his wife at the well. He helps them out, you know, and then you see different people. You meet them, they meet each other at the well. And it's really amazing because the longest conversation that Jesus has in the scripture with anybody is the woman at the well. And they meet at the well, and she actually receives the Holy Spirit. Hence, that's why she left the pot and she went out to go back to where she was at. So we.
[00:03:56] What I want to get to here, there's a short little message I want to share with you. The message that I have here. It's really about the life of Moses and how Moses himself was groomed to be where he was at. It took 40 years of preparation, the first 40 years, it appears that he was groomed to be the next pharaoh. Apparently, in that sense, he was in the royal court of the pharaoh. He was learned and the wisdom of the Egyptians. I mean, you get to see a different account in the Book of Acts and in the book of Hebrews, you hear in Hebrews 11 and beyond, you get to see the account, the writer of Hebrew, talking about things that we don't see in the actual. In the Book of Exodus. We don't see that. We don't see it anywhere in there. And you get to understand that they had more information than we did. We get to see Stephen recounting the message. And he says, yeah, he was learning all these things, and he was one of the best speakers. He was a polyglot. And, you know, and you get to say, wait a minute, what happened at the bush? And we'll talk about that as well.
[00:05:20] And so Moses spent his first 40 years learning how to be a king. The next 40 years, he learned to be a priest in the desert with the priest of Midian. And then in the last 40 years, he put it all together. But of course, he had to learn how to be a prophet. And so you see the three positions and the three positions that receives the oil in the Old Testament, those are the three positions of authority in biblical terms, prophet, priest and king. And you get to see that this is the only three people that would receive oil. And basically he actually was a Melchizedek prophet, priest and king. That's a completeness of that. Now, I'm not going to get into that. If you want to know a little bit more about the prophet, priests and kings, you have to take my course, the priesthood of all believers, or whatever you want to call royal priesthood, things like that. But what I'm going to share today is some things that came to light as we were reading the scriptures. Now I can actually take a look at this and read it to you. And I'm going to read a little portion of it. We're going to be from Exodus 3. And this is Moses of the burning bush. Now, a lot of people really don't really look at these things, but I think that if I share it, it will help. If you can share the room as well, that would be amazing. So when you look at this, you see now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro, his father in law, the priest of Midian. And he led the flock of the back of the desert and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. And the angel of the Lord appeared to him in the flame of fire from the midst of the bush. Now, before I continue, I just want to share that the angel of the Lord here is actually Jesus himself. Anytime you see the angel of the Lord in the scripture is actually a christophany, is Jesus himself appearing in plays in the Scriptures. So the angel of the Lord is Jesus himself, and he gets to see this, he says. So he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire. But the bush was not consumed. Then Moses said, I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn.
[00:07:37] So one of the things that you have to understand when you look at this is that the reason why this is so special is that God is a consuming fire God. When it, when we see him as a fire, fire actually talks about judgment. So when the mercy of God triumphs over judgment, this is what you call the grace of God. The. The grace of the Lord. And so this is a picture display, a perfect display of Jesus Christ himself and the Gospel of grace.
[00:08:09] It's like the, the fire was supposed to burn the actual bush because remember, the bush is dry. It's just, you know, it's supposed to be burnt, but it didn't get burned. So exactly. That is exactly what the perfect picture of what grace looks like. It's like judgment comes, but because of mercy. Just the same way that we said there is no glory unless there is the mercy seat. See, there is no mercy seat, functional mercy seat, unless there's a sprinkling of the blood on the mercy seat. And that is Jesus Christ himself. So you get to see that. That is the picture of the angel of the Lord appearing in the desert. Now one thing you have to see when you talk about exposition, consistency, you get to see that in the scripture, the desert is always going to be the same.
[00:08:58] The lion comes out of the desert. If you see anyone that goes out anywhere in the scripture, you'll see that they come out of the desert. Jesus came out in power from the desert. Moses came out in power from the desert. You get to see so many different people. You see Elijah in power from the desert. You get to see even Paul spend time in Arabian desert in power from the desert. I mean, I can go on and on and on and on and on. You know, true sons of God have to be taken into the desert. And when they come out of the desert, this is where they come in power. But these are not just regular sons. Now remember, not every sons are created equal. There are some sons, they're like in the Greek, they're like seven words for sons. But the highest level of sonship is the whios.
[00:09:42] And this is where the Lord is calling us. But the whios are the ones that are. See, when we look at adoption, we think of it in a Western mentality as being adopted because you were not part of the family. But in the Greek way of thinking or in the Hebraic way of thinking, when we think about adoption, it's actually you are part of the family. But when you get adopted, that means that you are authorized to receive the full inheritance of the Father. And so Jesus was actually adopted in a sense, when the Holy Spirit descended upon him and the Lord appeared as a dove and lended upon him and said, this is my beloved Son in whom I'm well pleased. You see, it says a son is given, but a child is born, right? So there's two different things that you have to be very specific in that. So, meaning that God himself came in and so he's not born, God is not born. God is never born. But a child was born. So the humanity part of him was born. But then he himself manifested himself in that individual fully. God fully. Man. All right, so let's get back on the scripture real quick there. I wanted to take a little bit of a sidetrack there so you get to see what's going on here. That Moses said, I will now turn aside and see this great sight. Why the bush does not burn. So when the Lord saw that, he turned aside to look. God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, moses, Moses. Now this here, when it says, when the Lord, when you look it up, it's probably going to say, yod, hey, Vav, hey. And that is the word of the Lord. The word of the Lord is actually Jesus himself. So Jesus himself came unto him. A lot of times when you see that, even in the different, different scriptures, it's Jesus himself actually speaking to the people in there. And he's saying, okay, Moses, Moses. And then he said, here I am. Then he said, do not draw near this place. Take your sandals off your feet. Now is a signature that you know that this is God. When, when. When the. The angel of the Lord again, when he came as the commander in chief to.
[00:11:56] To Joshua, he told him the exact same thing. Take off your feet, because where you're standing is holy ground. Now, that's a signature of the Lord himself. All right, we're going to talk about that later, not right now, but I want you to keep that in mind. When you see that, you're going to ask yourself these questions. Why take off your feet?
[00:12:15] Right? And why is it holy ground?
[00:12:19] Right? Ask yourself these questions because they're going to come into place. It says, take off your sandals off your feet, for the place where you stand is holy ground. Moreover, he said, I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Now, I want you to remember that. Now, for some of you may not know this, but people always ask, why is he calling himself the God of Abram, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? And not even adding, like the God of, you know, I mean, you can add on there. Isaac. I mean, I know Isaac. So you got Isaac, Jacob. And then you have, let's say, Joseph or whatever, you know, you just keep going to this. No, why didn't he just. Why did he stop at the 3? Well, basically, when the Lord himself introduced himself to the Hebrews, and the first Hebrew that we know is Abraham is the father of the faith, the one that believed in the power of the resurrection, the one that saw Jesus being crucified on the. On the cross at the Adika or At the sacrifice of Isaac, it is portraying the fact that God himself revealed himself to Abraham as the Father. So if you want to learn who the Father is, study who Abraham is. You want to study and learn who Jesus is, study Isaac. Because Isaac himself, he was the actual perfect portray of who Jesus was. And he was, he was not a little boy when he was taken up to the mountain to be sacrificed. He was actually a young man, probably around 30 years old. And he was placed upon on that. But he could have fought his dad, that his dad was about 100 something years old, right? And so he could have fought his dad and won, but he voluntarily allowed his father to subdue him and to tie his hands and to place them on that place of sacrifice. You know, I was reading the book of Jasher a while back and there was a joke between Isaac and Ishmael. And Isaac says to Ishmael, says, I'm not going to give myself a piece of my skin, meaning circumcision. I'm going to give my whole entire life. And so there's a difference with people that give just a portion, or maybe they only give the tithe. But they don't understand that giving your whole is part of the grace, the grace movement or the grace that Jesus is bringing. It says, giving your whole life as a living sacrilege. We actually see this in the scripture. We see Peter talks about it. It says like, we are royal priesthood. We are living stones. We're living sacrifices. So the Lord is calling for the fullness. He's not only wanting just a piece of you. That's the beginning stage of who you are and what you do. It's a schoolmaster. But anyway, we get to see that, that Isaac himself is the actual portrait of who Jesus is. And then we say, okay, what about Jacob? Well, Jacob changed his name later on. He wrestled with God and he became Israel. But that's how we see the transformation. And we see that to understand and to know Holy Spirit, you study the life of Jacob and you know you're going to understand. So these three people are the three persons. Like, if you want to know the persons and the personality of the Godhead, study Abraham, Isaac as the Son and Jacob or Israel as, as the, as the Holy Spirit. And this is really good theology, by the way. So let's continue here. And verse seven of chapter three says, and the Lord said, I have surely seen the oppression of my people who are in Egypt. Now remember, even though he's saying all this, he actually prophesied this to.
[00:16:01] He prophesied this to Abraham that his children or the children's children of the generation will be in captivity in Egypt. Now there is, there is a purpose to why the Lord allowed this to happen. And I'll say it this way before I continue.
[00:16:20] First people say, oh, well, God said they were going to be there for 400 years, but they were 430 years. Well, duh, the first 30 years is when Joseph was there, and he did very well. And so when Joseph died at.
[00:16:36] At 111 or yeah, 110 years of age, when he died, there was another, another Pharaoh. And in the Greek, another. In the New Testament, it means not of the same kind. Meaning it may not have been an Egyptian. It will probably a pharaoh. I think his name was Pharaoh Nico, but he was a different pharaoh that came in and he did not like that. The people of Israel were stronger, were better, were growing faster, they were multiplying. They had better land. They had a lot of different things, but they didn't. They felt afraid. They were very insecure. And so they wanted to get rid of these people. And. But the thing about it is you got to see the wisdom of God. If the people of God, that tribe was allowed to stay back in Israel, where they were at, or in Palestine, whatever you want to call it, in that area, they would have been circum. They would have been attacked by different. Because they didn't have no king, they didn't have nothing. They would have been attacked. But the Lord sought it fit to put them in bondage within a nation that was the greatest nation of the earth at that time was Egypt. And so he protected them in a way. They were in there and, and, and even though they were being subdued and they were being enslaved, but they, they grew and then multiply exponentially. They started 70 people. Well, in the Old Testament to 70. But when you look at, at Acts, it says 75. So the, there's, it's not a discrepancy. The 75. It could be maybe some, you know, servants or whoever, we don't know. But there's 75. 75 people. At the end of the times that we're in there, in that place, they turn out to be 2.5 million people.
[00:18:23] See, the wisdom of God. See, he wanted to have an entire nation like the sands, but he had to speed up the process. And he placed them into this hiddenness, in this hidden place, and he caused them to be placed in a place of bondage so that they can multiply. So you remember, in order for you to have an actual nation. You need to have the people, you need to have the land, and you need to have the law, see? And of course, the king. And that's the Lord himself. He was their king at that in the whole entire time. So he placed them in that place, and they grew exponentially. But he protected them this whole time. This whole time.
[00:19:01] And so, because if they were allowed to be or if they stayed in Canaan during that time, they would have been subdued by the neighboring countries. A lot of different things could have happened because this is what usually happened. But because they were encapsulated into the Egyptian nation, they could grow, but yet they were under slavery. So that's the wisdom of God. So let's continue here.
[00:19:29] So it says here that we're on seven. It says, then the Lord said, I have surely seen the oppression of my people who are in Egypt and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrow. So I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of Egypt. Now look at this. This is the Lord himself, Jesus himself coming down to deliver his own people. And see, a lot of people don't really realize that when Moses went back to deliver the people of it, the angel of the Lord was with him the whole time. Jesus was with him the whole time, throughout the whole journey.
[00:20:12] So people really don't realize that the angel of the Lord was behind the authority of everything that he did. Because that was Jesus himself. Because he says, I come down. He says, I come down here. This is. I mean, my Bible says this is. I have come down to deliver them.
[00:20:28] So Jesus himself comes down in that form. But of course, he disappear after the burning bush. And he's there the whole time with, with. With him. So I've come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptian and to bring them up from the land to a good land and large land and the land flowing with milk and honey to the place of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Perizzite and the Hivites and the Jebusite. Now, therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel has come to me. Now, we've heard that word as well, when it says, the cry of the people have heard to me, even when it happened in Sodom, the cry of the people because of the injustice and things like that. See, the Lord responds to the injustice more than anything. You know, the injustice of the unborn, the injustice of the persecuted, the injustice of the shed blood. He hears the cries and he responded.
[00:21:23] And so they had to be in a fullness of time. So the 400 years usually is a pleroma. It's a 400 years that happened. So let's continue here.
[00:21:33] I want to get to the part where I want to get to. Or else we'll be here forever. Says, come now, therefore, I will send you to Pharaoh that you may bring my people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt. But Moses said to God, who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh? So let me. Let me stop here. This is where I want to cover. I want to cover this because this deals with us.
[00:21:54] It deals with us literally. I want you to place yourself in the shoes of Moses. And this is the misgiving or the protest of Moses. So if we look at the first objection that in Exodus 3, 11 and 12, I kind of skipped a little bit further, we get to see what Moses gave as an excuse, and then we get to see the response of God.
[00:22:17] I want you to pay attention to this because this is. Some of us, we do this a lot. We do this a lot. When the Lord asks us a question or sends us to do something, that's the first thing we do. Moses says that he is not important enough to appear before Pharaoh. You know, most of us really do say things like that. We say, well, God, I'm not really important enough. Nobody knows me. I don't have enough followers on the Internet. Nobody knows me. I'm going to this country or this town. I don't know nobody here. That's the first thing he says. He says, I'm not important enough before Pharaoh. Then the objection of the Lord. The Lord tells him, Moses. The Lord tells Moses that he will be with him and he will bring him back to Mount Sinai. So he's telling him that I'm going to bring you from this spot to Egypt and back.
[00:23:05] So he's already prophesying to him. He's already telling him that I'm going to keep you safe and I'm going to take you all the way there, get you to accomplish the mission and bring you back. So he's already telling them that from his first excuse. Second, Moses says, he complains, says he holds. I hold no authority. That's what he says. Then, then, then the Lord tells him and says, moses, I am the. I am. I am your authority. So basically, a lot of times we tell the Lord, well, I can't do this. I don't have no authority. Says, no, you have my authority. And in the name of Jesus, we have his authority. A lot of times. Well, I don't. I don't. I don't have no experience. I'm not even ordained. I don't have this. I don't have no paperwork. What. How am I going to do this? The Lord says, I'm with you. I am your authority. Just go. Because if the Lord tells you to do something, he's going to provide all these things. Look at this. Then another third. Objection. This is Exodus 4:1:5. Moses insists that the people will not believe him. Now it's the people, ah, you know what? These people are not going to believe me. I don't have enough experience.
[00:24:10] You know all these things. Then the Lord tells. Moses says, okay, let me show you why they're going to believe you. And this is what really intrigued me.
[00:24:20] He says, the Lord turns Moses staff into a snake. Because first he asked him, what do you have in your hand? He says, I have a rod. He says, okay, take the rod and, you know, throw it down. The rod turns into a snake. Now you would say, wait a minute. Why is God turning a rod into a snake? I asked myself that question. And the Lord began to speak to me and says, well, the reason why the Lord turns the rod into a snake first is because he's going to reveal who the enemy is behind Pharaoh the snake. Snake. We know the snake. We've seen him in the Garden of Eden. That's the devil. The devil's the one that's persecuted. The devil's the one that's killing the children. The devil is the one that's behind this. But the most important thing is that not only because it's a snake, he's saying that I created everything. I created the snakes. I created all that I have authority over. Snakes and scorpion. I give you all authority over snakes and scorpion. This is why the Lord Jesus told them, go out and heal the sick and cleanse the lepers and raise the dead. And he told them, you have authority over snakes because the snakes and scorpions are actually the animals that are.
[00:25:23] They're very dangerous animal if they bite you, but they're under your feet, meaning that you can step over them, you can overcome them. They're not birds of the air, nothing like that. So it tells us that these are territorial, terrestrial animals that you have authority over and that I'm going to reveal the truth of God just the same way that we see. Why did the Lord ask them to have to put a snake on a rod and lift it up? Well, it was pointing to Jesus because Jesus conquered the works of the devil. And so basically what the Lord is telling him is that I have the authority over the works of the enemy, and I'm giving you authority over that. So the people will believe. I'm going to break the bondage and the mindset of the people. And they will believe you when they see this snake.
[00:26:13] Now, this is amazing. This is the wisdom of God. It doesn't make any sense logically to us, but. But this is exactly what the Lord does. So takes a staff into a snake, tells him the. The people will believe him when they see this.
[00:26:27] Fourth objection. Exodus 4:10 through 17.
[00:26:30] Moses complains that he is not a good speaker. Now, that's a lie. Because maybe he, you know, through all the desert. Remember, he spent 40 years in the royal courts, and he was the best speakers. According to Acts, it says he was like the best speaker. The best. He knew everything. Like, he was like one of the best. He was supposed to be groomed to become a king in that sense. But for some reason, after he went back into the desert, he became a shepherd. The Lord took him through the kiln of the processing, he calls them, to humble himself, to become a meek individual. Now at this point, he's like, man, I don't even know if I got it anymore. Basically, I would say, if I were. Translate, I would say, moses will probably say, God, I don't think I'm a good speaker anymore in that kind of sense. I don't think I'm that good anymore like I used to be. Because, you know, some of us, we didn't start out in the church. We didn't go out to seminary, and we didn't do all this stuff. Some of us actually started in the professional, like Amos. We started in the profession, in the marketplace. And then the Lord molded us, and then he taught us some things. And then when we go into the desert, and he brings us in that place of humility, in that place of learning, just like that individual Saul. This guy was taught by the best of the best. He was a Hebrew of the Hebrew. He was from the tribe of Benjamin. He was circumcised on the eighth day. He was taught by Gamaliel, one of the best. He had money too, by the way. He was part of a good stock of people. And he was also born a Roman. So he was just one of the best people you can find in terms of intellectualism and everything in Israel at the time. But the Lord didn't set him to go directly to the fathers and to the apostles at that time. He Took them to the desert. 14 years. He spent some time in Arabia and in other places before he presented himself before the Lord. He had to learn how to receive the presence of. He had to learn how to strengthen himself in the Lord. Some of us, we're trying to ascend into the position of royalty, like David, you know, But David had to go through ziklag. He had to learn how to strengthen himself before he can step into that place. So I believe that that's what we learn, is that after the kiln, after the process, then the Lord teaches us how we strengthen ourselves. Then we find ourselves in that right place. So there's a process in that.
[00:29:11] And so let's continue. So Moses says he's not a good speaker. The Lord tells Moses that Aaron, his brother, will be his spokesman. What did that say to me? What. For me, what I'm. What I learned is this.
[00:29:24] You can come up with a lot of excuses. We have four excuses here, right? But it means that the Lord will provide you. I don't know. They call it the helpers destiny. Helpers, partners, whoever. See, when you start your journey, you're going to come up with a lot of excuses. I'm not significant enough. I'm black, I'm white, I'm so and so, or I'm a woman, or I'm skinny or I'm fat. You got all these. These excuses. Then you say, oh, I have no authority. I have no position. Nobody knows me. Then you go, oh, well, people will not believe me. Then you say, oh, I don't even think that I'm a good speaker anymore. Now you, like, you're saying things like, well, I don't even believe that my education and the things that I have, you know, you're just like. But then the Lord responds to you with everything. Like, there's no excuses you can come up with. With the Lord not actually having a counter to that. It's like, you can come up with whatever. The Lord will just give you something else. I mean, the Lord could have said, okay, shut up. You know, I've made the mouth. I did this. Basically, he did really say that. But here, the Lord provided him solutions, right? And this is what we need to be doing with people in the prophetic as well. I will be your every step. I'll be with you every step of the way. I will guide you back to the kingdom of Heaven. I will bring you back even to Mount Sinai. I am Yod. Hey vav heh. I am that I am. I am your authority, and I'm giving you my name. I'm taking you with my name. My name is Jesus. I'm taking you to the people. The Lord turns the staff into a snake. The Lord will give you power over snakes and scorpion. The Lord will show the truth. He will reveal. The Lord will reveal the wiles and the plans of the enemy. And he will show you strategies how to kill and stop the enemy. The Lord reveals the truth. The Lord will set them free. The Lord tells Moses that when people see the works of God revealed the works of the enemy, it will break off the unbelief and they will believe in the works of the Lord instead. So the works of the enemy was happening. But when the Lord comes in, he will reveal his works and his work will supersede the work of the enemy. The work of the Lord replaces the work of the enemy and causes hearts to be ministered to and to be changed.
[00:31:47] And the number four answer to the last excuse that he says, I don't even think that I'm a good speaker. The Lord is like, I'm going to appoint you helpers who will. Who will fill your every gap of need. So basically, compliments. So basically, a lot of times we complain, says, well, I don't know how to do this. I don't know. Then the Lord help brings a. Help me to you. A spouse that has not complete opposite, but gives you things that will complement you and make you better. Or you know, you may be a person like me. And then you have a Elder Inez come in or other folks that comes in and they complement the things that you need. The Lord will always find the right people for you. And some people call this destiny helper. I don't know where they got this from, but that sounds pretty good. So he will bring every single person that you. You want to start a business or I'm not. I'm not smart, or I'm not this, or I don't know any programming. Well, guess what? He will bring somebody next to you who will help you. So you can see here, even with his excuses that he didn't know how to speak anymore, he had his brother who came in to. To fill those shoes. I will find people to compliment your weaknesses and areas and make you successful. And I know some of you need to hear this. You need to hear this because we have so many excuses about everything today. But God is saying that there is no excuse that I will not be able to.
[00:33:04] To cut off. I will not be able to silence you with. Okay, so these are the. The prophecies that he says later on, Exodus 3:16, until it says Israel will be brought out of Egypt and into the covenant, Israel leaders will believe Moses. Exodus 3:18, Pharaoh will oppose Moses. Exodus 3:19. In the beginning, now I remember this, when I was reading this, it said that as soon as the message was sent that, hey, let my people go and everything. And Pharaoh was like, so who's this God of Israel? You know what? He just made the task. He just made their task a lot harder. And he began to make them.
[00:33:49] They had to look for their own. I forgot what that word is called. So they can make bricks. So they had, they couldn't. They had to use this, this, this, this, this, these leaves that they put in there. So the bricks will be. Would be hard, but without it, it would be very difficult. So. But the thing about it is, I remember this thinking about this. I said, don't you. Don't you know that a lot of times when the prophetic word goes out, it feels like there's a great opposition right then and there? Or there are people that say things like, oh, why is it that I started praying to the Lord, I was backsliding, but now I'm. I'm trying to get back to the Lord and suddenly it's like all hell breaks loose and things are difficult immediately. Well, that's exactly right. As you could see, it will get a little bit worse before it gets better, because the enemy wants to see if, if you have any, any investment in it. I. Are you. Do you really believe in the word of the Lord that just said to you? I mean, he's gonna squeeze you just a little bit and say, okay, you wanna, you wanna, you wanna, you know, you wanna leave. Okay, I'm gonna tighten it up a little bit. I'm gonna tighten the leashes a little bit tight and. But then the thing about it is that you gotta believe in God, that he will complete the work. And so let's see, number four. Egypt will suffer God's judgment. Exodus 3:20. Israel will receive riches from Egypt. See, one of the things that I actually just experience myself is that you will not leave Egypt without bringing the riches that were in Egypt with you. See, God is not a God that's going to take you out of a place like that and not bring you out with something.
[00:35:28] Think about it. Even though they're going to a place with milk and honey and all this other stuff, did you know how much riches that they got out of there? That the first thing that God tells them to do is to Give the riches that they have so they can build the tabernacle.
[00:35:47] Think how powerful God is.
[00:35:50] He not only take. Took them out at the multiplied 2.5 million people, but he took them out with the riches.
[00:36:04] I heard that it took him about. I don't know if somebody said like 18, 18 hours or. Or 40 hours or 18 hours to get them out of there. But.
[00:36:14] But anyway. But I want to share this with you. It's very important that you get this. And I'm going to bring up Elder Inez and Jersica. They're here. I want to bring this up to you to let you know, because remember this picture here. We've. We've talked about the story of these folks when they crossed the Red Sea and they got baptized and then they went in the wilderness. And we talked about entering the promised land and acquiring the powers of the age to come. But this is what I want to tell you.
[00:36:43] When the Lord sends you somewhere, he will provide you with everything that is needed.
[00:36:52] Even when you have excuses and you don't even believe in yourself, believe in him, believe in the Lord, and he will take you through and he will get you out. And now he will not only get you out, but he will get you out with every riches that the enemy stole from you. Those were reparations for all those years they were in slavery. For the 400 years that were in slavery, they received every single thing.
[00:37:25] And it was actually prophesied that when the bones of Joseph were taken out, because the bones of Joseph had such an anointing for business, such an anointing for wealth, that the Egyptian actually guarded the tomb of Joseph because they had a prophetic. I wouldn't say prophetic, but they had their own people say that the day that the bones are removed from Egypt, it would be the last days of Egypt. And. And when they left, they took those bones, the riches that were accumulated in that place left with them, that anointing left with them.
[00:38:05] And so when the Lord brings you out from among them, a lot of people are like, I don't know, if I leave, I don't know what's going to happen to me. I don't know what the. Yeah, maybe you. You may look like that, may feel like that at that moment, but just know this, that when you get out and you obey him, he will bring. And he says, I brought them out on eagle's wings.
[00:38:30] That means that he did it supernaturally with angelic help. Do you remember the angel of the Lord Jesus was with them the whole entire Time.
[00:38:39] Jesus was with them the entire time. Time. And all the things that you see, we're not going to get into that today, but it's actually all the 10 plagues. 10. When you see in the scripture usually deals with judgment. And you get to see that every one of those plagues were actually battling and fighting against each of their gods. The gods of Egypt. Each and every one of them was a representation of their gods. And it was showing how God is supreme. Is the God and the King of kings. And he was supreme above all. And the Lord actually hardened a heart so that he can make his name famous throughout the whole entire world. Can you imagine the kind of God? He's like, okay, you know what? I'm gonna just. I'm not gonna allow him to just give up that easy because I want to get to the 10th one. I want to get to the last one. And he even prophesied it to him. He told him, even in the desert, he said he will not listen until the last one, until his firstborn son.
[00:39:41] And so that was. That was exactly right. It was a strong arm. It was a strong hand of the Lord that does it. And when the Lord takes you out, remember, he's going to keep you. And the things that happen with these people was so amazing that it was the. The fame of God. The people of Israel went out throughout the entire world. Everybody was talking about the God of Israel. Everybody was talking about the God of Abraham, Isaac. And everybody was talking about it. See, God is not in the business of just you. He's in the business of making his name famous. See, one of the things that we're seeing today is everybody wants to build their own ministry. They want to have McDonald's of their ministries, everywhere, chains and everywhere. This is not what it's about. It's about the King of Kings and the Lord of Lord. It's about King Jesus. We are all working for King Jesus. We're all going to die and other people are going to come after us.
[00:40:39] So our job is to build the next generation.
[00:40:42] What are you holding on to? You're holding on to a Rolodex, holding on to your phones, holding on to this? All of those people are going to leave. The next generation belongs to the young people, the ones that are coming after us. We train those people and the other people. This is the way the Holy Spirit has designed it. None of us were here 100 years ago.
[00:41:01] Stephen is not here anymore. Paul is not here anymore. They're in the great cloud of witness to cheering us on, they're looking at us. Why are we trying to hold on to the past? Why are we trying to hold on to a reputation? What are we trying to hold on to? Things we need to build the next generation. The greatest investment you can have that Jesus showed us was not writing a book, even though those are good things to do. But it's in discipling nations, discipling individuals, and those individuals turning the world upside down. We need to be those kind of people that are turning the world upside down. But right now we're lazy. We're really stuck in the current events. We're stuck. And some of us are married to the. They're not. We're not married. We're married to the world. Some of us are not burning hot, on fire or we're not even closest to the Ephesus Church because the Ephesus church, they were so on fire for the doctrines and prayer and just work, work, work, work, work, that they forgot the lost love.
[00:42:00] You know, we're in a place of weakness right now and we need to start building the church up, not building churches in terms of the physical buildings. See, it started, it started in house churches. It will end with house churches.
[00:42:27] We are an organism, not an organization.
[00:42:33] The days that when you don't need an official paper to pray for people, you don't need an official whatever title, those are the days that are coming. The days of persecution will increase. That's a fact. That's a truth. That is in the scriptures.
[00:42:52] And there will be persecution. And when the persecution increase, that's when we will spread out even more and will multiply even more. And the glory of the Lord will fill the earth. It will increase. It will happen. This is when the true backbone apostles will begin to rise up. Not in name only, but in power and authority.
[00:43:18] And I tell you this, that right now is not the time to be seeking for fame, for name, for whatever, because this is the time to make his name known.
[00:43:32] This is the time to teach and to build. It's the time for the laborers. It's the time of the saints. You don't need to be any of the five fold minister. And I've been saying this for a long time, yes, we have a pendulum effect where we did not have any apostles, any prophets, and it was difficult for anybody to be, oh, there's no such thing anymore. And then the Lord brought it all the way to this side. But now we got to be in the middle. I can't throw a rock in the middle of a meeting and Everybody's a prophet and everybody is an apostle, and everybody is so and so, without the showing of what you're saying, we have to be people of substance, regardless of any title, regardless of any of those things. Laborers are not only subject and limited to the fivefold ministry. Laborers are inclusive of the saints. Because the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministries. We're not equipping the saints so that they can enlarge our churches and have increased membership.
[00:44:32] We're training folks and laborers, and that means everyone.
[00:44:38] So that the kingdom will be filled, so that at the wedding day, we will have guests. At the wedding day, the friends of the bridegroom are laboring and working.
[00:44:51] But yet there are some that have crept in. If you read the book of Jude, it says there are some that are among us that started with us, but they did not remain with us. They left us from us. And they began to teach lasciviousness and licentiousness. And you could see these things, the deeds of the Nicolaitans. They went after the rebellion of Korah.
[00:45:16] They went after the gain of Balaam. There's people doing it for money. There's people doing it for all these things.
[00:45:26] It's like the Lord will take care of everything. But sometimes people want to go above and beyond and try to get things that is not even necessary, not even needed. And we grieve the Lord in every area.
[00:45:39] And so we have to identify those people. So true apostles will dig deep in. Apostles and prophets, they're at the foundation. They dig deep into the doctrines of the Lord, the doctrines, the way we are the people of the way. We are the call that one. We are the church. And we are called to build this foundation into the people living stones.
[00:46:06] Because Jesus's ministry right now is the high priest in the heavenly places. You know, one of the things that we get to see that's revealed with Stephen is that Jesus stood up. And people always wondered how. Why? Did you know that in the tabernacle there was no chairs, nobody could sit anywhere, that the high priest, the priest, they all were standing work. That means he was working.
[00:46:33] Of course, he's seated at the right hand of the Father right now. But in that he was working. He's working. He's praying for us.
[00:46:40] See, if there was anybody out there praying for anyone that I would ever trust more than anybody else would be Jesus. Because Jesus is praying for you and I to make it. That is his current ministry right now.
[00:46:56] And I believe in the prayers of the Lord Jesus to The Father, the one that washed us in his own blood. The One that purified us. The one that made us priests and kings, past tense, to His Father and our God.
[00:47:13] The one that is worthy to open the scroll and to read from it.
[00:47:17] Jesus, the firstborn from the dead. The Aleph and the Ta. The beginning and the end, the 8th and the Z.
[00:47:28] The blood of Jesus is the most powerful, powerful, powerful. That everything that was made was made by him and through Him. And for him. Every single thing in this earth was made through the blood of Jesus. He was slain even before the foundation of the earth.
[00:47:49] So I know that the Lord Jesus, he says that everyone that I've called, everyone that he says, make us one as we are one. That I did not lose anyone. Now, even though he was speaking to his disciples at that moment, he's actually speaking to us as well. That no one that he called, that he brought forth will be taken away from Him.
[00:48:12] Be sure of that. That the Lord Jesus has you.
[00:48:16] And no one would ever take you away from Him.
[00:48:21] Be secure in Him.
[00:48:25] But what I can say is this.
[00:48:29] Get yourself ready.
[00:48:33] You are a revival waiting to happen. Don't wait for somebody else to come and bring you into that place. Revivaling, if that's a word, catch the fire of the Lord. It says, he who has ears to hear what the spirit of the Lord is saying to the church. Begin to move.
[00:48:55] We are on the brink of the greatest revival known to man and the greatest awakening right now, right now, at this moment, at this very moment. But it's going to take those with special faith to see. To see behind the veil, to see what Jesus is doing. Not to complain about what is happening, but just see and prophesy and say, this is now, and I'm part of that. I'm not going to be the generation that's going to go around the mountain for 40 years. I'm going to be the generation that's going to be like Joshua and Caleb. I'm going to step into the powers of the age to come. And I'm going to profess that we are here now, now, now is the time.
[00:49:36] And the Lord is waiting for each and every one of us.
[00:49:40] He's waiting for each and every one of us. Amen.
[00:49:43] All right.
